Dear Chaverim,
This past month has been extremely busy for the KBI Rabbi Search Committee as we progress down the path of seeking a new rabbi for our kehillah.
We have now completed 11 of 12 focus groups with a very diverse cross section of members. A huge thank you to the dozens of congregants who have participated so far and those who will be taking part in the last focus group tomorrow. We are in the process of compiling the very thoughtful input and comments which will help us shape our search and engagement with prospective candidates in the coming months.
The search committee also completed and submitted our application/questionnaire to USCJ and the Rabbinic Assembly to open the process for receiving candidate applications.
We will continue to provide updates as the process progresses.
