Share Your Voice – Rabbi Search Congregational Focus Groups

Dear KBI Members, As part of our rabbinic search process, we are inviting members to take part in a series of focus groups to share your thoughts, hopes, and aspirations for KBI’s future spiritual leadership. These small-group conversations will help us better understand what matters most to you: your experiences, your dreams for our congregation, and your vision for our next rabbi. We’re organizing sessions with a wide range of groups, including:

Differently-abled members and allies

Families with students in Grades 7–12

Young families with elementary-aged children (including OJCS and OTT families)

Young families with tots

Interfaith families

Jews by choice and conversion candidates

KBI President and Past Presidents

Lay leadership

Long-standing members

Minyanaires

Young adults/professionals

We encourage everyone to participate in the group that feels most meaningful to you, or let us know if there’s another way you’d prefer to share your perspective.
