7:00 pm B’dikat (Search for) Chameitz, recite Bittul (Annulment of) Chameitz after sunset. The blessing and nullification formula can be found at the beginning of most haggadot.

Wednesday, April 1 (Erev Pesach / Tzom B’chorin / Fast of the Firstborn)

5:12 am Tzom B’chorim (Fast of Firstborns) begins, unless participating in Siyyum B’chorim

7:30 am Shacharit service followed by Siyyum Bechorim (completion of a tractate of Talmud)

9:00 am S’udat mitzvah (breakfast in honour of siyyum)

9:45 am Communal Bi’ur (burning of) Chameitz (KBI parking lot). Bring some chameitz from home. Do not make a B’rachah (blessing) at this time, only recite the second annulment formula.

10:59 am Stop eating chameitz

12:00 pm Administrative Office closes for the Passover 

12:03 pm Latest time to burn chameitz

6:00 pm Weekday Mincha, Passover Ma’ariv services

8:29 pm Candle lighting time for Pesach Day 2; Halachic time for the second seder to begin
